Looks for Range (1/11)

  1. When is it activated? Up stroke? Down stroke? Pictures or video wouod help get you an answer. Could need a tool head realignment but most likely a die/brass issue if not smashing primers.
  2. Idk man apex 10 on autodrives been impressing the s#!t out if me after such low expectations because of this forum. I guess one of those situations this is where people come to raise issues. I've had a few but after the primer update and a few weeks of running different set ups, mine runs fine. I have more issues with bulletfeeder than anything maybe 1 ever 2-3k upside down on 77 tmk. That said I run at max 1500 and do other stuff nearby like write notes and research pet loads or browse forums. I've also fixed a few of my own issues like completely polishing every single part that touches powder in the mechanical powder drop. Or sanding Down The Ridges on the last step of the primer xpress. I can't remember the last time the Press actually had a stoppage that wasn't the bullet feeders or case feeders Fault probably 20k or more. Recently got a case feeder spring flicker from the old style case feeders. It's helped with double cases in the same slot on small rifle feed plates.
  3. I had to do a lot of work on my mechanical powder measure to drop right. Powder sticking inside the internals. Same as when I had a hornady, which is almost the same powder dropper. Sand/polish the part that funnels to the cylinder, polish all the internals with flitz. I saw this from an old post at arfcom years back. Probably couldn't find it if I tried. But I am able to get Within 0.1gr + / -
  4. I purchased a bnib apex 10 from 3-21. It had the old disc. I was able to get it working fine. If you partially lower the handle while looking at the primer go into the case, you can see exactly what you need to adjust. I also run mine without the plastic cover on my disc. Maybe I'll make a video if I get time. I did send in for a kit, installed it, need to make different adjustments, but now that's working fine too. Running hand crank slow or fast, haven't had an issue. Autodrive/primer Xpress is next
  5. If that's what your doing, I'd totally agree but it shines as 300blk conversions or bulk trimming. Really the whole press is terrible if you not running somewhat bulk runs.
  6. How do you like it? Have you ran an rt1500 for comparison?
