I’m new to open. Trying ddp out first i like em but the on /off button is the only thing i don’t care for.

I turned my DPP on when I first started shooting it in June 2017. I have not turned it off or adjusted the brightness since.  . . . . Or changed the battery. It has been shoot pretty much every weekend since then.

My Limcat  before and after spa treatment and upgrade by Johnny Lim. Yes, it was bought from a lefty but we fixed that right away. Fresh items to note are Limcat rts2 mount, new rts2, limcat thumb rest, limcat hammer, limcat grip (just released, limcat ambi shielded safeties (just released), limcat racker, limcat mag release paddle, limcat magwell, and killer refinish job.

How do you like the new Limcat grip?

The grip is incredible. I have owned a few SV signature grips and this is hands down a totally different feel. The back is slimmed down and makes it all balance and feel great in my larger hands. It's very light as well. Over 5 oz lighter than the SV grip. It has just enough aggressiveness without being over the top. I recommend one for sure.

The grip looks great!  Comparision to the PT Evo aggressive grip?

I have the CK grips and my friend has the PT Evo grips. His are definitely more aggressive. I’m not a fan of how they feel in my hand, but he loves his.

I actually took some extremely fine sandpaper and smoothed out the rough edges towards the front, then polished the entire grip with a Dremel and a wire wheel.

Very happy how the CK grip came out!

That is a cool base pad for your MBX magazine, is it custom made?

Yes, they are custom made by a friend.
They fit both MBX and STI mags. He also makes them for Glock.

IMO, they are the best base pads I have used.
