SDC or LDC for 9mm fun gun?

I've had a LOT of 1911/2011s over the past 30+ years and this one is probably the most fun to shoot out of any of them.  Rounds chamber so smooth you can't even feel it, runs flawlessly and recoil is like a .22.

In 9mm I would opt for a SDC. There isn’t much recoil to mitigate with a LDC, and I feel they transition a little nicer (easier to stop on the target right where you look). For a major PF Limited gun, LDC vs SDC is more of a toss up for me.

I’m definitely a fan of the LDC. It just looks smooth and sleek.

I know now it wasn’t part of the OP but what about something with a rail? If it’s for fun why not. You could eventually throw a light on it for a zombie night shoot or something along those lines.

Good luck with the build! Keep us posted!
