Any advantage to the Pro (versus X) on a 1050 for 9mm only?  Doesn't seem like a big upgrade for the $$.

 

For those with a Swage sensor: do you need to use the Dillon combo expander/backup die?  Seems like that would be the case.  If so, I've got to rework my case expansion approach since I'm using a Lee expander in the swage station.

I believe the pro over the x is worth it. The increase in speed was the justification for me. The bigger tablet is nice bit not critical.

 

I can't speak for the stage sense as I don't have that sensor.

I use Redding’s expander in place of the OEM Dillon Swage Backup Rod successfully.

I’m with Woof, the speed upgrade was what swayed me.

I haven’t tried a different expander, but see no reason why something else wouldn’t work.
