Practiscore -- match not showing up on my dashboard?

I wasn't sure if this was the right subforum or not -- I shot in a match this weekend but it doesn't show up in my "recent matches" list on my Practiscore dashboard.  And now that I check, there's one missing from last year too. I can find them if I search through the global Practiscore results tab though.

 

Is there a way to add these matches to my dashboard somehow so everything is in one place?

Is your name spelled the same in the missing matches as the ones that are on your DB? Also try support@practiscore.com

Name is spelled the same, same USPSA number, etc..

 

The only difference was my Google Chrome browser autofilled my email address to my work email during registration, versus my personal email I used to register with Practiscore initially,/sign in to Practiscore now. I did edit my registration info a few days prior to the match to update this, but it didn't seem to take as I got a match related email sent to my work address a few hours before the match.

 

I also tried paying online and it initially claimed it was successful, but no charge ever showed up on my card and no confirmation email ever arrived.

On the new Practiscore App it only uses your email address to look up your matches so the email difference could very well be the issue.
