sstephns
Pretty simple, thinking about getting a MBF, but I load 200 gr blue bullets and I'm worried the profile may not work well. Anyone have any experience with 200gr 40 cal bullets and the MBF?
rowdyb
yes. because the bullet is pretty similar whether it is right side up or upside down in the feeder it takes a careful adjustment of the spacers in height and in their "in and out" distance. i stood on a ladder next to mine and just kept adjusting it over and over until it got it perfect. kicks out ones not dropped in the plate. right side up continue undisturbed. upside down fall and begin to get oriented then they hit the ramp and get turned. you can do it, but to me it was easier to do from above than trying to do it from below. SCTaylor
Yeah I used 125 round nose bullets for 9mm with a bevel base... what a PITA to setup the MBF. Well it wasn't that hard just annoying! But as Rowdy mentioned, it took about 10 minutes to fully iron out the setup.
Racinready300ex
I just switched from 180 Blue to 200 Blue and didn't touch my Bullet feeder. I've had one drop upside down in about 15-1600 rounds. I've also loaded about 1000 165's and they worked fine too. And if you're ordering Blue Bullets, you can use the code Ennis to save 5%

Racinready300ex
That's a sweet deal, buying in Bulk is the way to go.
