Rolex
Well the romeo 1 I thought I had on the way won't make it to me until the middle of October! Is this really worth the weight? What I really like about that is it fits right into the a life cut out. Nice and low. But 60 days! I don't think so. So for you that purchased others how does the night over the side feel? With the scope and the adapter plate you had to buy? Really need some good honest input on this. Stand down for 60 days or buy another make. I also hear the for is on the dim side when shooting into the sun! Thanks Rick
Al Capizzo
I know a number of people who have used an adapter mount that fits in the rear sight dovetail and they don't seem to have issues with it. I tried it for a while but didn't care for it. I had my slide milled for the dot. All that is just to say you might as well try a dovetail mount and see if it works out. If you don't like it isn't that great an investment, and possibly you could sell it. I would definitely look for a dot with dimensions close to those of the Romeo 1 so you could use it in the slide cut out if you want to.
Jeff_Alan
I have a Romeo 1 that has been set on the slide. It has never been fired. I'm concerned my old eyes need a bigger MOA. Will take $350 plus $10 shipping. It is the one with the 1913 mount that can be taken off to mount direct to the X5 slide. Sig item # SOR11001. PayPal friends and family or money order. Thanks for looking.........Jeff
