Mushki25
I have a rear sight hinge pin that broke. I "fixed" it by adding a .067 pin I had on hand but it is slightly loose and will eventually walk out. Where can I buy a 1.75 mm diameter pin? STI rear sight. jwhittin
I find the nearest larger drill bit size (metric or standard) then I fit it. You might be able to find a 1.8mm bit. I use a dremmell and fine paper to reduce the diameter and cut to length. It doesn't take much time once you find the right bit.
Mushki25
Is it supposed to be a slight press fit or are you to peen the ends? I'm fine with either method.

jcc7x7
Yes! LOL Slight press fit has to allow the sight to move. Generally the outside should have a press fit and the center section that "hinges" should be able to move on the pin. Then slightly peen the ends for insurance. So thus my answer of yes! This is my plan now. Easy enough to do and sounds like it will work perfectly.
