MrAstigmatism Posted July 21, 2017 Share Posted July 21, 2017 Hello all! I recently picked up a Springfield 1911. It's not one of those Range offices or the Loaded model. it's something in-between. It's got features from both. ONE feature is lacks is the fiber optic front sight that comes standard w/ the range officer. My front sight is solid black. I REALLY want a front fiber optic. I love the rear adjustable sight. The adjustable rear is Identical to the rear range officer sight. SO...I think if I can find out who manufactures the front fiber optic used on the range officer I would be very happy. I sent this question to Springfield but honestly I do NOT expect and answer. I've looked at the Dillon Precision options but I'm not sure which size is right for me. I THINK the Dillon .180 x .1 is the one? Anyway, anyone got any advice? Thanks!!!
