Iaddrummer
There are a few videos on YouTube where guys have used tool clips, kydex, and a rivet gun, but honestly by the time you have all the stuff you could have almost bought. Decent caddy. The taccom stuff is good and so is the invictus practical. In fact you can now get the invictus 12 q which holds 12 shells for $49.99. Also check around the classified area and Facebook sales group might find. Deal on some used caddies

Iaddrummer
Crap my bad that is extremely confusing but the taccoms are still inexpensive and perform well
Tampa-XD45
How about $18 for the Taccom quad? http://www.cactustactical.com/TACCOM-4UP-DUALOAD-SHOTSHELL-AMMUNITION-CARRIER_p_855.html
Iaddrummer
That's not bad if you are going to load duals I would decide duals or quad loading first and choose accordingly. You will spend more buying one then changing
