38/357 75 Grain Wad Cutters

I am curious about Matt's Bullets 75 grain Wad Cutter bullets.

 

They say, "This little bullet takes low recoil to the extreme! It can also be loaded two to a case or used to top a load of shot in a .357 case."

 

Has anyone done this ?

About 20 years ago I cut down a 148 gn wadcutter mould so the cast boolits only weighed 78 grains.....loaded as a single boolit they shot OK out to 25 yards but required special loading techniques. I used to load two in a 38 Special case over 3 grains of Bullseye. Accuracy was not target grade, but they would both stay on paper at 25 yards.

I've done it, and it does work. I used to cast my own 75 gr wadcutters. My results were pretty much as outlined in the prior post.

I've been shooting 125gr HBWC from H&N for a while, great accuracy and mild recoil (3.1gr N310 should be accurate out to 50y)
