Grip sizes?

I tried this but the screw is so close to the magwell that the o-ring protrudes and prevents the mag from dropping. Maybe a very small rubber washer that wouldn't have so much compression.

Okay. Then just apply JB Weld to the threads and run that sucker in there.

try a #60 Danco rubber o ring on the outside of the grip, under the head of the screw, along with blue locktite.  you will have to trim away some extra rubber from the #60 o ring with an xctacto knife once you tighten down the screw, but the rubber will still give the screw enough material to grab to keep it in place.

works equally well with red locktite, gorilla glue, and duct tape...
