nikdanja
So I just installed a battle comp on my WOA barrel with a brand new crush washer. I installed the washer right and had the tapered end pointing towards the rear of the rifle and even before I started cranking, I knew it was going to be close. Just Hand tighting the timing wasn't even close. I installed it right and started cranking, then backed off and started cranking again. It's timed right now but the washer is fully crushed and I'm worried that it's now to tight. Even if its to tight, the timing is even with the rest of the gun. Am am I going to have issues with this? lefty o
you can crank one of them washers about 1-1/2 turns past where they start making contact. unless you put 2 full turns on it to get it timed, should be ok. JFoley001
Nothing more than a crush washer doing exactly what it was designed to do. Carry on good sir.
FunkyTownAggie
One issue you may have is removing the crush washer. You might have to cut it off.
