StealthyBlagga
I have a project going where it would be helpful to have just a 9mm full size (4.25") slide. No barrel needed, and I am indifferent on sights/internals (will replace most parts). It looks like 9mm FS slides are no longer available from Brownells or Midway. I hope S&W have not been drinking the SIG Kool-Aid and stopped parts sales. I would like to avoid buying a whole new gun just for parts. Anyone got any suggestions? JMike
The only slides I am seeing for sale are the ported slide & barrel Performance Center CORE slides. Grabagun has them for about $ 348 shipped the last time I looked. edited for clarity

al23
I bought mine off eBay but they are sometimes outrageously priced. I also used to see a few slides from m&p forum classified adsSent from my iPad using Tapatalk
StealthyBlagga
I managed to get a complete gun for a screaming price, so that should work. Still no answer from S&W Customer "Service".

Here is one for $329.95 ... a 9mm w/ a 4.25 slide ... https://www.aimsurplus.com/product.aspx?groupid=8633&name=LEO+Trade-In+Smith+%26+Wesson+M%26P9+9mm+Handgun I'm sure there are plenty more around ... and more available all the time ... I can't believe you couldn't unload the lower for $50+ ... to some Production guy that would be glad to have an extra ... outfitted /w a FSS trigger / magwell etc ... when needed and allow them to swap back to their Production legal lower as desired. StealthyBlagga
Yeah, I got one of the non-safety version when they were still in stock at Aim, but now they only have the safety versions (yuck). I still needed another slide or complete gun so managed to find a brand new M&P9 FS for only 369 shipped, which is a screaming price. I am all set now, thanks everyone.
