Holster Hangar Options

I regularly switch my holster from belt to belt seeing I shoot IDPA, USPSA and 3 Gun. I have a comp tac holster with there standard belt attachment you have to loop the belt through and it is the exact size as my 3 gun belt. Im looking at hangar options to make removal easier. I have many blade tech tec loks, and have also looked at the comp tac plm attachment. I am just wondering what is legal or not. I am also on the skinny side so I have to worry more when they bring out the dowels. What does everyone else use? Is there any drawbacks to these style of hangars compared to the standard attachments for belt loops?

i have to use an entirely separate holster and belt for each game. i'm skinny too and there is nothing that crosses over, easily, between them all in my experience that isn't a big shortcoming to one or another of the games.
