marmot452
I'm interested in shooting PCC but my 9mm AR has a 7.5 inch barrel. Yes, I have a stamp from Uncle Sam. Can anyone tell me the rationale behind the 10 inch barrel limit? If I run it with a suppressor (muzzle device) would that make it legal? Yes, I have a stamp for the can too. Sarge
Where is this 10" limit you speak of? Did this just come out? It hasn't been limited that I can find.
marmot452
(Not a very constructive thread for the BE forums so I thought I would pose the question here) If its not a done deal yet, I'll stand fast and wait. That said, I don't see the need for a minimum barrel length. If you're complying with the prevailing laws, it should all be good.
Thomas H
It was part of the initial proposed rules. However, ALL of the rules regarding PCC got dumped before the final version. As such, there is currently no barrel length requirement. And no anything else regarding PCC either, other that it goes in the Specialty Division. MemphisMechanic
Wilson doesn't make a gun with a barrel shorter than that.
telligentgunner
The division is 30-round capacity, not 10.
