Kraj
140mm mags are legal in co, so unless they say otherwise fill them up? So instead of production optic you get limited optics.. Without magwell and major
hwansikcjswo
It really sounds like Limprod optics division. I wonder how IPSC production optics division will be like next yr

JD45
If I'm reading this correctly I bet Limited will die a slow death. I mean, shooting major, with a dot, and reloading about the same as open? People will love it.

fischeac
Is it mandatory to use an optic? Could I run my production gun with 140mm mags?

These is no CO box because the guns won't fit with an optic attached. The guns must be Production approved and there is a mag length max.
PatJones
Why don't we just lift all restrictions and require it fits in a box? It'll be great.
Sarge
I gotta hand it to my Area Director. I sat next to him yesterday at a meeting while guys talked about wanting to remove the 10 round limit in CO. He didn't even flinch!
teros135
So, the gun has to be on the Production list and must have an optic, which must be slide-mounted. 140mm mags, loaded to capacity. Minor only (regardless of caliber used, just like Prod). Production equipment placement on the belt, no race holsters, no magnets, drop-offset holsters allowed. Limitations on mods from the stock configuration (like Production). No single action, no revolvers. Is that about right? Just wondering, why on earth would this cause Limited to "die a slow death"? And why would USPSA want to harm it's most popular division (Limited)? Also, if we're so focused on "growing the sport", what efforts are being made to increase the number of clubs and acreage needed, and to increase participation in match management, stage design, and setup/teardown? Where are we going to put all these "new" participants? Edited January 29, 2017 by teros135

CO scored minor like production and an Edge will never be production legal. Also, Limited will probably always be a very popular division..
