I wish the forend on my Versa Max was not quite so big  I just noticed that Mesa Tactical has a replacement part  I assume this would fit I'm my VM Tactical

Does anybody have any experience with the Mesa Tactical Mohawk forend for Versa Max?

specifically is it any slimmer than the OEM?

Any chance T&N does something up for those poor 930 guys at some point?

We have talked about doing handgaurds for other platforms. We may look into them in the future. Currently we are still in the development phase on the VM. After we finalize everything we may look into other models.

I tried grip tape on my VM last year.  I lasted about 14 rounds before I had to take it off, it was ripping up my hands.  Has anyone tried this carbide grip surfaces on a shotgun?  I'll admit that I have a desk job and work on computers all day long so much hands don't have tough skin.

I did 60 grit on one of my buddies VM hg. He dry fires religiously 30 minutes each day. He said for that it was too rough so he started putting masking tape over it for dry fire. He said for matches the grit was perfect. We have done 80 grit as well which is even more mild. I run 36 on my pistol.
