Protocall Design Posted September 10, 2013 Share Posted September 10, 2013 It has recently come to my attention that PMs were being sent to the Protocall Design account, and that we were not receiving notification about them. I have attempted to answer PMs going back into late 2012, but at this point, if you have sent a PM to Protocall Design (not to Toolguy, who has gotten notification of PMs) through August 2013, have not received a response from me, and still need an answer, please try again. I apologize for the lack of response to your PMs to Protocall Design to this point. The problem has now been fixed, and responses should be timely from here on out.
