remoandiris
According to the article, you need evidence of at least 10 years of military LEO service. If your DD214 says you had more than 10 years performing those duties, it should suffice. http://www.ammoland.com/2013/07/law-enforcement-officers-safety-act-allows-military-police-to-concealed-carry-in-50-states/#axzz2aWsp4ps0 Keep in mind most (all?) federal facilities, including military bases and US Army Corps of Engineer lands, prohibit concealed carry. bluedevil008
FYI, the active QLEO version of this licenses suffices in California to be able to buy off-roster. I am Active Duty AF LEO stationed in California, and I was able to use my LEOSA ID to purchase a race gun (off-roster).
