Cd662
1.3 is pretty good from concealment, there's always opportunity for improvement but there are too many other variables with IDPA to worry about. IDPA matches tend to emphasize certain things, I would focus your energy there. Most of the (small amounts of) time you save on a draw get lost by goofy start positions, having to wear some sort of prop costume, carrying things, etc.
oak hill
You are only going to pick up a limited amount of overall stage time off something like a draw that is only performed a max of once per stage. While a solid draw is important, transitions and splits will give you more opportunities to gain time.
sk330lc
I actually forgot about this post. I have shifted my attention to many other aspects other than draw and have improved on many of them. I haven't been able to get near the range time I need but that will come in time. Thanks guys
oak hill
Most of us don't get much range time in the winter, but during this cold weather its always good to do some dry fire for refinement. Now, i just need to take my own advice, lol
BillD
You can have a sub one sec draw AND get A hits. Saying it's not important, IMO, is foolish. It's ALL important.
