Anybody had luck at bidgunner.com?

Recommended Posts

yeah, looks that way. was watching a SIG 1911 last night that someone got for "$72". so, bidgunner got around $3600 + $72 and the buyer probably bought $500 in bids and lost 10 hours of their lives! i'm staying away.

Wow, I wish I had thought of that concept...seems like the value of paid bids collected, assuming $0.65 per penny bid, is almost always well in excess of the retail price of the item being sold. And the promise of "scoring" a good deal, however low the probability of success, will bring the bidders in. In some ways, it might provide a similar experience as a form of gambling.

Its a total rip off for anyone other than the seller. When buying the bids as long as they have a few people heavy in it it goes on forever as Once they have "invested" so much in bids they hate to stop so they keep throwing money at it.
