mpm2433
want to change the sights on my glock 34. suggestions? I do not like the stock U sight, and will mostly use this 34 for 3 gun. My confusion is largely over the rear sight. Will use a DP fiber optic front and trying to decide between a all black rear and fiber optic rear. I also notice that the DP web site talks about "old eyes" what is likely me. Will likely go with a narrow front sight to gain extra light Any input or suggestions would be helpful. S&W686
On all of my competition Glocks I have a Dawson Fiber Optic Front Sight and a Warren Tactical Sevigny Rear. This combination has worked great for me.
Snapcap
Go with all black rear. WT as suggested is a good choice.
45 Raven
I agree with S&W686 and have had identical results as he stated.

NFLcavediver
I know that this is an older thread but I'm in the same boat as the OP. Old eyes. I was looking for Dawson fiber optic sights also. What are the pros and cons of fiber optic and black rear sights?
hornetx40
Use The fiber optic dawson front, they show up well for old eyes and the Warren rear that has the top corners cut away concave. The rears allows more light to get to your eye and allows you to see tagets around both sides of the sight depending on distance and size.
