benos
Title says it all. I can't find a definitive answer - if there is some sort of adapter that will allow a 24" Cinema Display work with an older G5 Tower (Power PC). be

George
You can also use the cheaper standard Apple Mini DisplayPort to DVI adapter if you get a DVI female to female coupler. Here is an apple discussion forum about that. https://discussions.apple.com/thread/1752411?start=0&tstart=0 The $29 Apple MDP to DVI adapter can be found here. http://store.apple.com/us/product/MB570Z/A/mini-displayport-to-dvi-adapter F-F DVI couplers can be found here. http://www.sfcable.com/30DV-03400.html?c=dvi-adapters

cyburg
If you have never checked out the EYETV HD, it is awesome. Hook it up to your cable or sat box and lets you record and edit and watch all on your computer. It will automatically place all recordings in your itunes. That way when you sync it with your ipad or iphone you can watch the shows later. I wish I would have picked it up a long time ago. I also have the apple tv so I can watch the shows on my tv's in other parts of the house.
