Skydiver Posted December 2, 2010 Share Posted December 2, 2010 I'm looking for range to take my future wife and step son to the next time I'm in the Virginia Beach area. I'm trying to arrange my next trip to VA Beach to be around the same time as a match over at the the Blackwater facility, so I'll be bringing my gun(s). Since I'll be introducing weapons to the home on that trip, I figure it would be a perfect time to re-familiarize my fiancee with guns (she's ex-military), as well as teach her son gun safety, and then take them out to the range for some plinking later. ty45955 Posted July 24, 2017 Share Posted July 24, 2017 This is an old topic and post, but as I've just moved to Moyock, NC it's pertinent. I've been to C-2 and it's a nice, commercial range with firing lines and Range Officers. Mostly stand and shoot, but several different ways to do it there. Max range is 300yd and no runnin and gunnin. I'm hoping someone will respond with information on where I can find an IPSC club and range and a 1000yd range near me.
