Buckmark Slide Racker

Wanted an easier way to clear jams with my Buckmark. With the C-More mounted it was hard to get a handle on the slide. I took another board member's idea to a local Gunsmith. This is what he came up with.

I was really worried about weight, but I ran 60 rounds of Federal Bulk Pack today and no issues. If it gives me issues, I can remove the tab on the right side and still be able to clear jams with one finger from my weak hand. It's in the white for now. Going to paint it to match the barrel once I'm 100% confident in its function.

Hello: That looks great I am going to make one that attaches to the side of the slide on the left. Although now that my Buckmark has over 2000 rounds through it never jams when well oiled. Thanks, Eric

Mine rarely chokes either, but it did in a steel challenge match and it sure was difficult to clear.

I might have to do something like this for my girlfriend. She has trouble clearing it sometimes too. We don't have a C-More on it, just a cheaper red dot.

I have a C-More on my open gun and need to have one put on it.

I assume that racker is aluminum? Is it bolted with just the one screw?

Thanks guys. It is aluminum and attaches with one screw. I used it again in another match and no issues.
