I have two S&W in .357 magnum, 586 and 686 (both 6") which are quite the same. But I've also shoot three matches with a 625 5". I think the difference in shooting is not that big (for me the frame is a little bit too big). But getting your ammo reloaded seems to be easier with the 625. So next life I'll be born with bigger hands and buy 625

Of course the Revoladys know - but perhaps some people could think, that there are no ladies in revolver division and that would be awful!

PS: I specially know the problem, being alone in my category nearly every match.
I would also be interested in a bending manual. So please be so kind as to share your wisdom
My revolver was some kind of falsely overtuned and so I'm very careful with such things. Try and error doesn't seem to be a good way for guns.

I got 24 in 5 seconds.
At first my problem was to count, not to pull the trigger .... how do you guys manage to count that quickly (to 35 in 5 seconds or to 61 in 10 seconds)?
Nice experiment! At least I know now that the trigger pull is not the reason for my slow split-times

Another question - Should I consider the 625? Seems like a lot of you guys like 'em.
As I'm european I don't know about ICORE, but in IPSC/USPSA the 6" is better than the 4" because you may reach major with the 6" but not with the short one (I have a 586, 6"). But the best choice seems to me the 625. For ammo-reloading reasons mainly.
I have a 586 (the blue one) and I'm very happy with my moonclips. But this could also be because I hate speedloaders.
I got only my cylinder modified.
Why don't you load major??? It's okay ... perhaps a little bit hotter than .45 with same factor but okay. As my hands are too small for a 625, I don't really have the choice

It sounds really nice and I would really like to come, but well there's a lack of money and time
I'm sorry!
But it's not lost yet, there's one codeword, that would change my mind immediately: Lady categorie

I also wish you and your colleagues a merry christmas!!! It was a pleasure to shoot with you in Ecuador
I hope I have the luck to meet you at one of the matches next year again!
Merry Christmas to the other shooters I know or don't know yet.
