Looks for Match

Looks for Match (2/11)

  1. Jay I actually shot 165 extremes in the 38 spl loads you should get good results.the TG is not causing any issues as far as fouling I am running my cut down brass at short colt specs. SNS has USPSA discount and they have the 160's also
  2. Yea been a member for a few years and hit the big 50 on 3/31/2019 lol Have a great day all.
  3. You can get the Apex parts hammer and springs and firing pin or power customs. When you go light you have to run the federal primers otherwise you just go click. You can arch your main spring to light off Winchesters but CCI's won't work. As far as moon clips go I run Revolver supply. As mentioned my brass is all Federal or Rem. The clips you buy have to fit the brass. Call George at Revolver Supply he can explain that to you. Get 15 to 20 clips that will let you load enough for most USPSA or ICORE matches
  4. I like the Blue 180's also. They will load with about any powder with awesome results
  5. The 0,358's from Blue will probably work the KKM or Nolin arm's barrel will help to, For the USPSA or IDPA game factory barrel should give you what you need. Good luck hope your new Ibejiheads give you what you want. I have a couple guns that prefer a certain bullet they shoot OK with most but perfect with the right combo.
  6. Sorry for the delay been working instead of playing. I'm running 3.3 TG OAL 1.2 it is giving me 135 PF out of the 5" 627.I'm running the 147RN Blue Bullets
  7. Revolver guy yep count'm sucks to go CLICK LOL
  8. Ha ha ha been a member here for awhile still don't have my 50 lol I don't care the info here is well worth being here some day I'll hit the 50 mark until then I'm just lurking and learning.....
  9. Late to the game here but enjoy it. The guys are the great part of this sport. I shot when I was younger then took time off for my family now I'm back in the game. I'm not as fast and dang sure can't run lie I could. But every match I have a good time and learn something.
  10. I enjoy the challenge of the revolver. It is hard to compete with the bottom feeders even the single stack guys. I like Boss Hoss's comment score iron sights as major and optics as minor. It's hard to convince some that giving up a 20 round magazine is going to be fun.
  11. I have about 2000 and load in batches of 1000.I just rotate the brass. 1K will be a good start.
  12. I like the Blue Bullets at 10K they will give you a good break. They also have a subscription that works good for volume shooters.
  13. I cut down Rem and Fed for my 627 because that is what fits my clips. I'm running short colt length with 147 blue bullets and TG powder making minor at 130 PF
