I've started to use hydralyte tablets that dissolve into the water. Theres only 4 grams of sugar. 4 tablets into 500ml water will keep me feeling good from morning to mid afternoon with about a litre of water in 90+ heat. And that's being basically dehydrated at the start. Last match I used hydralyte, I had a crazy muscle spasm the night before. I was feeling like crap that morning, sipped the hydralyte between registration and gunning up. By the time safety meeting was done, I felt 10x better. I find that the pros all think about it differently. If I remember correctly bob vogeol says to tilt the head and keep the body square. I find I do much better bringing the gun to left eye than tilting the head. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

That's one thing Ive really been trying to work on. So far it's working when I go as fast as I can see, rather than as fast as I can pull the trigger. Last match, I shot as fast as I could see and I did quite well (26/74 overall, 3/6 division) and I was currently a D class shooter too. That match I had a 65.65% classifier too. 18 round tube, grams follower, tti basepads 23 rounds. I usually use my first spare magazine as my Barney to facilitate easier relosds, as at 23 rounds I've had failure to feeds. (Round nose dives in tube) Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

Finally broke 1.00!! 0.93 seconds double action, Cz 75 sp-01 shadow alpha at 7 yards. Don't know how I managed that, as I've not been practicing at all just shooting a match every weekend sometimes twice a weekend. Splits are around .18-.14 now, usually alpha Charlie unless it's close by or hardcover where I actually have to aim but I slow down too. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

Regarding the accuracy of shadow 1 with a cgw 10x bushing. I had to ask for an overlay on a target yesterday, too big to be 1 9mm hole but small enough to question it, turns out it was indeed two bullet holes basically thru the same ragid hole!! Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

Well, it's apparent that I cannot count and shoot at the same time. I always lose count and usually fire one too many rounds. So I've started to download my mags, but I get worried about a dud round so I load an extra rounds and end up firing 7 instead of 6 etc. How do you guys work on counting your shots while still maintaining the splits/accuracy? I have about a inch Gap between my frame and basepads. Just be careful when readying as if you really smack it home it will start to dent your slide. But it's inadvertently going to happen when on the clock. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
