3.8 with a 125gr Blue puts me at 1050ish from a G17 at 90° it's reverse sensitive. That's 0.2 more than Titegroup or Bullseye or there about, haven't tried Sport Pistol. It's clean, meters excellent, has good SDs, seems fairly available.

I started shooting it back when it was 10 round. I shoot the same G17 now, just stuck long mags in it and ground the finger grooves off when rules allowed it. I liked the ten rounds, I enjoy the higher cap more. The max weight rule doesn't bother me, neither did the old + whatever ounces. I think the add whatever you want "small parts" is dumb but doesn't really affect anything at this point. I think it's interesting to see many chasing weight. I'm glad the optics are more durable, and choices have improved I think competition drove this. I think the classification system is a bit more representative now than it was in the beginning. I think the old guys coming over because they can't see the front sight and young guys come over cause "it's easy" are funny when they walk their way thru the stages, shoot super slow, and complain of losing the dot all the time, the optic has no positive impact if any at all on their shooting, but as long as they enjoy it I'm all for it. I think it's pulled more people from production than its brought new shooters to USPSA.

My Gen 3 17 has Dawson's, a 13lb recoil spring on a steel rod, an OEM ext mag release, a connector, "competition" trigger spring, and Silicone Carbide smeared on the grip. Don't think it's why I'm B class in Production.

I shoot G17s with OEM barrels, I've shot cast lubed, and cast coated bullets almost exclusively, well over 90% of total volume. Aside from during load development and bullet experiments (I cast my own sometimes) I've never had bad leading. I go 2-5k between cleanings with normal shooting and then just because it's been a while not because they need it with no extra steps to remove lead fouling. Test, figure out what's happening and why, then fix it. Inspect occasionally.

I have a set, maybe a few, because why not. They're in my main CO gun for sure, many thousands of rounds, none underwater, no issues.

With Hi Tek my Glocks are happy at .357 dia, careful flare and crimp. Blue Bullets coating is fine at .355.

Take it you're not using the PTX? Incomplete/nonexistent flair is a good indication something moved. Have my measure in position 2 it hits the primer mag if it rotates which stops it without issue. Only low/no charge has been from the die bushing moving letting the whole measure rise, very obvious.

The LnL takes patience to get working just right. The measure should be more consistent than that though. Tap the hopper an/or run a few cases and dump to settle in after filling/adjusting. Mine is + usually - 0.1gr with the flakiest I've used, and spot on with ball. Ditched powder check long ago. You probably need to adjust the drive pawls to prevent shellplate jumping, it's likely snapping into the detents instead of being driven into them. A less than 45° turn on the pawl can have a huge impact. I have never messed with the balls on any of my shellplates. I had to adjust the pawls a few times as things wore in in the first couple thousand rounds but haven't touched them in over 20k. Other than a little tweak when I added a case feeder. The last 4? rounds will be a little shorter as the sizing station is the only one that adds force enough to deflect anything. It's like 0.05" it doesn't matter unless you're only running a batch of like ten for load dev. Good luck, they're good presses, just take a little more tuning than the blue ones it seems.

M&P 2.0 9C Size, capacity, feel, reliable, and accurate. AIWB. A class CO shoot a pair G17s - because I had them. Production sometimes with G17 or P120.

If it's a regular split roll pin you can take a chisel or screwdriver and spread the pin some, should be able to make it very tight.

The polymer frame walthers are pretty small. Not sure on the steel.

Drop them in the empty buffer tube, behind the spring and buffer.

Headstamp doesn't matter much in .223, in some other calibers the volume may vary dramatically. Sort .223 only for utmost precision. Clean, lube, size, swage, trim, load. If loading 55gr. H335 is a great powder. Most accurate fmj load I ever shot was pushed by Benchmark. There are a Ton of suitable powders crack a manual, you'll be able to find something.

You have a size, part number, or link where one can find these o-rings? I have close to 30k on my original spring without major issue, but I'd like to give this a try.

SMD dropped out for reasons I don't know. Veteran's 3 Gun has stepped up, they are growing literally ground up. They held a classifier match last month to raise funds for props and whatnot. I have that issue with my current Viper, the whole glass blooms red with multiple brighter blobs when facing the low sun, even to an extent dryfiring in my low ceilinged basement, building a ledge with black tape over the emitter helped but was dumb. Curiously my first Viper which I shot through winter at the same ranges never had the problem, was also much brighter turned all the way up.'Its a back-up gun now. Have been shooting with a Holosun 407c since Oct, haven't had an issue yet.

I leave mine on. Battery maybe a couple times a year. Probably my lowest shooting related spending.

Ghost pouches, Boss hanger, any holster with bladetek bolt pattern, and honestly the Uncle Mike's competition belt is super cheap, but pretty good.

Don't have a gun? Don't have a competition gun? Almost any service/duty size handgun can be used competitively. Personally I started in Production, yeah you need a few more mag pouches, but box stock guns and factory ammo won't leave you thinking you need to upgrade right away. You can do basically the same in Carry Optics, but with a dot and more capacity. ETA: You could shoot the Shield, but it's a long way from ideal for any division.

3.4gr of Cleanshot under a 147gr rn blue @ 1.12 put me at 134pf from my G17. Cleanshot is virtually if not identical to AA#2. Titegroup or Bullseye at 3.2gr worked well also, slightly lower powerfactor. I've since gone to lighter bullets most of the time, cheaper, and seem more accurate with less development.

I forgot ammo once. Loaded mags, put them in the bag, carried the bag to the door, let the ammo boxes neatly stacked. Not sure how I missed the lack of weight. Someone loaned me 100ish rounds of factory. Asked him what I owed when it was over and he wouldn't take more than $20.

Probably made the most difference for USPSA. Helps the sprint, done deep helps in and out of low ports. I work the whole body, but leg work made a definite difference. Recently started some conditioning, we'll see if being less winded when it's over matters, never notice during cof.

If I was only loading 500 a month and worried about money I probably wouldn't get a progressive, a turret, a manual indexing press, or even a single stage could meet that production. I have a Hornady LnL AP, has worked with very few issues since I set it up, that initial tuning took some patience. Adding the case feeder added some complexity, definitely wouldn't consider that mandatory at 500 a month, I have it and a bullet feeder, I can load over 500 an hour not rushing and counting filling primer tubes. The one time I contacted Hornady CS they were super helpful and friendly. That said, if I hadn't gotten it as a gift I'd probably have a Dillon. In your shoes I would see if there is any difference in warranty service to your country, the best warranty is useless if they won't ship the parts to you.
