  1. I have the Talon Grips on my Gen 4 35 and they are great. Used a hair dryer when applying them and so far no problems. One caveat I need to add here is that I have only used them in cooler weather so far. I'm not sure how well they would hold up in hotter climates. I have no reason to believe they wouldn't hold up, but haven't put them through their paces in hotter weather yet. Season is still young :-)
  2. I was shown to roll the gun towards the table and push slightly so that you get a better purchase with your grip. So take weak hand and tip/roll it into the stronghand, keep your eyes on the gun not targets yet. Once the stronghand has control roll the gun forward to help your grip. I'm new at the sport, so there is likely someone here that can give you better or other techniques. good luck Cheers Mike
  3. You have to have bad days to make the good days.
  4. Hello folks. Just wanted to see if there were any competitions happening during SHOT show week? Also, any recommendations for local retailers that might have good competition gear. I'll be at the show for some business and I'm sure I'll see enough Multi-cam to choke a horse, but would like to also check out comepetition gear for my own pleasure time. Thanks for your time. Mike
  5. Hello folks. Been shooting for some time in a few disciplines and looking forward to getingt into full on competitions. I'm sure I'll be learning lots here. Hope to be able to contribute when I can. Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays and a Happy New Year. Mike
