ok.. today I carryed my cam to record me.. and I worked moving right/low/left and reverse. I made a sort of accellerator drill, with a steel at the center... the barricade covered all the target .. I watched the vids after I shooted.... and I have to work on the muscle of my legs to stay more low and to move low/up ..faster.. I tought to be fast..but was wrong..

yes this is what I want to work on..

I want to improve my speed in moving bewtween two or more shooting positions.. how can I do? How I have to make my steps? big or little? any tips are welcome..

shot what u c or shot in order to have a quick exit?

I put them as far as I can..I dryfire in my apartment..hehe

I can say.... I dont know..ehehe...

U can try to put some dummy round in the magazine.. and shoot the string... and remember that u can manage but not control...
