I have a Dillon D-Terminator Electronic Scale, (which I purchased 18 months ago). Yesterday something strange started to happen when I tried to start it. Instead of just turning on and having a 0.00 sign, (on the LCD Display) it shows 5 U's, (as in U U U U U), which move up and down on the Display and up and down arrows on the left hand side of the LCD Display. The Cal/Mode and Zero buttons don't seem to have any effect at all. Can anyone tell me what I should do? Although Dillon have a no bullshit guarantee, I would rather not send the Terminator Scale back to USA, if it is something I can fix here in Europe. Thanks in advance for any help... Mark.

The 2500 is larger than the 2200 by a 1/4 of a gallon. 1000 cases vs 750 cases (38SP). I have both. My 2200 is the only one with Auto Flo and I do not like the auto flo feature. I suggest the 2500 without auto flo. I was concerned, because I wondered if the 2500 had a smaller motor or was cheaper constructed, as it is bigger, holds more brass, has the Auto Flo system and therefore better value for money. +1 But I live in Denmark, so I just love them. I do have 5/6 other pair of lenses though.

The idea is to really shoot a PD gun straight out of the box, (in theory). You are only allowed to remove burrs from the trigger, not tune it. The 5lb trigger pull on the first shot is correct. Any parts that you are allowed to change have to be OEM parts. You are not allowed to reshape grips or add more than one layer of skateboard tape. e.g (any grips that you are allowed to change, should be no larger or than the original grips). Have a look at PD discussions on the Global Village. Hope this helps.

Hi can anybody help me find a: Caspian Slide 5" 40 SW No Radius, (aka Full Dust Cover). Preferably with No Serrations and no Bomar or Front Sight Cuts. It is to a fit on a SVI 5" Stainless Long Dust Cover Frame. I am not too bothered if it is made out of Carbon Steel or Stainless Steel. I am visiting USA between 4th Feb - 18th Feb and Caspian cannot guarantee delivery in that time frame, so can anyone point me towards the right person, shop, or company please? Thanks upfront.

I had the same sort of "mind problem". Also, I am not from the States, so it was really guesswork. But the two things that got me through were. 1. Boo Radley's comments. 2. There was nowhere else to book. (probably motels, or whatever, but I would not like to chance that). So what did you decide? Also, out of curiosity, where are you coming from? I wanted to book other Hotels, but they were all booked up, especially on the Saturday, so it was Green Gables or nothing. So I chose.... Green Gables. I did not like the web page. It doesn't seem like its that much further and I think the are more restaurant choices there. the fact that there are 20 rooms available at the Green Gables scares me. A friend reminded me that we were not too pleased the last time we stayed there. So, HI Express it might be. With my Priority account, I am paying $90/night at the HI and the Green Gables quoted $87. So, its not that big of a price difference. Gotta start reloading, now. Yeah cheers. So far, the only 357 SIG Brass that we can get over here is S+B (in full rounds and then reload), but my experience with them in 9mm is that I don't really like them at all. or Starline, which costs a small fortune. It is a legal caliber over here, but no one uses it, so you simply cannot pick up any used Brass. Thats why I was looking to US. As I am led to believe that it is popular with some Law Officials over there and so it is possible to purchase some 357 SIG once fired Brass. But it seems that PMC and Speer are the ones most offered. I just wondered, as we used to like to reload PMC 9mm here, years back, when we could purchase them. What do you think?

Not to be too negative, but there probably aren't that many .357 Sig reloaders out there...but it would be interesting to see how the brass compares with .40 S&W brass as far as the good brands and not so good brands. Edit to add: I have yet to see Starline brass in any caliber that was anything but very good...might be worth a look. Cheers... yeah. I agree that 40 SW would be the one to go for and compare Brass. (and no you are not being negative at all). I did not want to be too specific about it being 357 SIG, as I figure that it mostly comes from Police using them down range and of course, probably not reloading them, so it is hard to find out any details on good or bad Brass. So, I would also agree on the 40 SW Brass, to give an idea. Yes, I fully agree about the Starline and have ordered some, but they cost about four times the price as once used Brass, so that it out of the question for normal practice or small matches. I have noticed that in 357 SIG Brass, the two main brands offered were Speer and PMC, so thats why I posed the question, mostly based on these two... if possible. Cheers for any input.
