K&M 2 Gun Shootout Championship $175.00 Registration Opens: 1 August 2017 Competition Date: 28-29 October 2017 Description The K&M Shooting Complex is proud to announce the first annual K&M 2-Gun Shootout Championship. Our unrivaled shooting complex will host this 2 day championship event on over 200 acres in West Tennessee. The match will challenge the best pistol/AR15 shooters in the country. The course of fire will test and train disciplines from across law enforcement, military and practical marksman spectrums. Competitors will battle it out on 12 challenging stages throughout the weekend. The stages will utilize over a dozen different ranges including bay, wooded, urban, and open field areas. K&M takes pride in hosting the largest, most professional and efficient championship style matches in the nation. Competitors can expect target engagements at an assortment of paper, steel, reactive, and automated moving targets out to 500 yards. Target size will varying in difficulty based on the shooters position, distance and time allotted. Round Count: 200 Pistol/200 Rifle (exact round count will be released closer to the match) Scoring: Time Plus Penalties (fastest time wins) Divisions: Irons, Optics, and Open – There must be at least 10 competitors for a division to be recognized. Gear & Equipment: Competitors MUST have a holster that securely holds the pistol and will retain it during vigorous activity. Competitors MUST have a sling for the rifle that will allow the ability to negotiate obstacles hands free. Eye & ear protection is MANDATORY for all competitors and spectators. Family and spectators welcome! This will be a Trophy Only Match. Trophies will be presented to the top 3 shooters in each division. Shooters will receive a t-shirt and swag bag. Cold Beer and Pizza will be provided for all competitors at the end of the day on Saturday. Thanks Bryan 45, we understand a lot of competitors may be tied up with the other matches but it was the only date available on our calendar. We also want to offer competitors in the mid-south a first class match a little closer to home. Bigsampson, we currently host the largest precision rifle match in the country, The GAP Grind. With 250 shooters, it can be very difficult to handle all of the substitutions and transfer requests. We would like to keep our competition policy the same across the board as this is how we have handled them in the past. We try to make it very easily identifiable and clear that match fees are both non-refundable and non-transferable during registration and in our terms and conditions. Matches are treated like a movie or ball game ticket, it is just the most practical way for us with a large administrative load. If you decide to attend, you will not be disappointed.

The COF/stages will be released online a month prior to the match. Squads will begin the match in a shotgun start format. K&M takes pride in hosting the largest, most professional and efficient championship style matches in the nation. Competitors can expect target engagements from 3 yards out to 550 yards on an assortment of targets to include half and full size IPSC paper, clays, knock downs, static and reactive steel, and moving targets. Round Count: 200 Pistol/200 Rifle/200 Shot/20 Slugs Rules: This will be an outlaw style match with fair and transparent scoring. The scoring will be based on time plus penalties where the fastest time wins. Scoring and Squading will be through Practiscore. IMGA style rule-book will be published soon. Divisions: Tactical Optics, Limited and Open – Trophies will be presented to the top 3 shooters in each division, prize table by order of finish. Gear & Equipment: Competitors will need a sling for both the rifle and shotgun. Parking will be available within 200 yards of all stages. Gun carts and personal side by side ATVs are welcome. The K&M Shooting Complex hosts 1-day pistol matches designated as the “K&M Pistol Metal Mania.” This match is intended for both veteran and novice shooters who want a top quality event, great facilities, and excellent competition all within one day. The “K&M Pistol Metal Mania” will be scheduled 3-5 times a year as part of the K&M Pistol Metal Mania Annual Points Series. Each match will be a high tempo event with minimal down time. Competitors can expect 8-10 stages throughout the day. The course of fire will test competitors on disciplines across law enforcement, military and practical marksman spectrums. Competitors can expect target engagements from 7-50 yards on an assortment of steel targets, including automated moving targets. Target size will vary in difficulty based on the shooter’s position, distance and time allotted. Most stages will include stressors, such as time and/or movement.
