Looks for Range (1/11)

  1. Thanks for the replies. I think she has decided to stick with the IPhone.
  2. No concerns so to speak. I'm asking for my wife. She is considering making the move from Apple. Nothing really holding her there other than iTunes and that appears to be an easy fix.
  3. Her's is the Q50, AWD, touring package with the 3.7. Has all the bells and whistles. Two of our close friends have Infinities and spoke highly of them. That's why I didn't have any reservations once I found out how it performed. I'm sure the brands are equally as impressive we just preferred this one. Good luck on your search!
  4. Does anyone have any experience of going from the Apple IPhone to the Android? If so, pros,,,,,cons? Not really looking at it from a hardware standpoint at this time, mainly just OS and user issues. Thanks.
  5. Our Infiniti dealer has been great to work with and the car has been nothing but incredible to drive. But based on what I'm reading here, I guess I should just wait on the wheels to fall off.
  6. I like the auto forwarding feature. However, the problem that I have incurred with it is, there have been numerous times that it will auto forward without stripping a round off the top of the magazine. Nothing more frustrating than coming back up on target after a good, clean reload and then, "CLICK". That us most always followed by, "DAMIT!". The only thing I can figure is possibly needing stiffer mag springs. But, it's done it since it was new.
  7. Invest in a shot timer as well. You can use it for dry fire practice too.
  8. I had my umbilical hernia fixed the 16th of December. A half moon incesion on the inside of the belly button, muscle wall repair and the mesh. 45 minute procedure. The first two days were a little rough, of course my pot belly didn't help any. A pillow is definitely your friend for coughs and sneezes. A good stool softner or laxative because the Lortabs will stop you up, and I only took 4. Ibuprofen after that. And trust me, you won't be pushing. Blowing your nose is out as well for the first week or so. It's amazing how much of our worlds revolve around our belly buttons. You get to the first week post op and it's a breeze from there. My doc told me to be extremely careful. Just because you feel good, don't push it. You don't want to have to do it again. He says once we get a few more weeks in, longer is surely better, I can resume my normal activity without worry. I think for a 50 year old, I'm doing pretty dang good. Got a match this weekend!!!
  9. What he said. Get the 650, otherwise, one of these days, you'll have a SDB sitting in the corner collecting dust while your using the crap out of your new 650!
  10. For those of you that fly commercial to matches, do ship your ammo to the match site prior to your arrival or do you pack it in your checked baggage? Which way is more hassle free?
  11. You can go to IDPA.com and the rule book is online there.
  12. All reloads must be performed while behind cover.
