It's the mass of the reverse plug card causing it, by hammering it as the gun cycles. I had a custom Titanium plug made and it solved the problem.

Been loading 147jhp Zero's for years. 3.4grn VV320 @ 1.140 is 129PF in most guns.

I load 147gr. Zero H.P.'s at 1.145 with .010 to spare in my stock SP01 Shadow.

Made the same switch last year... The CZ barrel is slower... You will probably need to add .05 - .1 of a grain to get the same velocity. My barrel was good with a 1.140 OAL. -
