Looks for Range (1/11)

  1. To Doug, Scott, RO's and all those who made this years match even better than last years match, if that was even possible.... A huge thanks for all your hard work, sweat and "tears". What a great match all round. We will definitely be back and look forward to what you guys create for 2014. A very special thanks to Colt, Colt competition and all the other very generous sponsors. The guy from Downunder
  2. I have ordered a GG&G QD sling mount and we will see how it works out.
  3. Thanks for the input and suggestions
  4. Some thing I learned after two ironman comps , is that for the shotgun slug spinner FULL power slugs are the way to go. Take your time and they will go over in 2 shots if not 1. I managed to get one in 1 shot. I had used low recoil slugs the first year and the spinner looses momentum to quickly. Good luck and may the zip line be with you
  5. Thanks, as it is only temp, I might just do the para cord and be done
  6. I have just installed a RCI extended mag tube on my Benelli M2. I need to attach a sling for an upcoming multigun match but without the barrel clamp it creates a challenge. I was wondering if any body out there has come across the same issue? Thanks Warren
  7. Shooters connection also sells them, but out of stock at the moment
  8. I am no expert on the matter but I had exactly the same issue on my first M2. I was constantly aiming bottom right on steel gongs. I spoke to my friend Pat Kelley who has a lot of experience with the M2 and he said that each barrel is different. My second M2 shoots exactly the same slug, point of aim with the same set up. Hard to believe but true. You could probably get a rear sight installed and adjust windage that way
  9. Plus one for Viking, I have used this sling for the past two season and it has been perfect
  10. I agree with Pat, this is my second 3Gun season and after I purchased my M2, on Pats recommendation, the only thing that I have done is spend around $180 on an RCI tube replacement. I have been competitive and have not found myself to be at a disadvantage without all the extra mods. I would rather use the extra cash for practice ammo.
  11. Thanks to all the Staff, stats and sponsors who put on a really enjoyable match. Your time and hard work is always much appreciated. Great way to start the season.
  12. Fiocchi make a few types of Aero slugs. They have 1oz low recoil 1150fps and 7/8 oz reduced recoil 1300fps. Both are great and run flawlessly in my Benelli M2. Sportsman guide had them about 2 weeks ago
  13. JD, I have been working with Joe from Techwearusa designing a new shirt. All I can say is that from the get go he has been nothing but a pleasure to work with. I can't compare with any other companies but I can't imagine customer service being any better
  14. I agree with Larry, my personal view on the matter from a guy that has shot Eotech for the last 2 seasons is that as a new shooter coming into Multi-gun, rather spend the extra cash on practice ammo than the scope. I believe that the larger mag scopes will only get you into trouble rather than helping. There are some good affordable 4x scopes on the market that have proven then selves on the 3-gun circuit.... Or come shoot tac-irons
  15. I have the standard 15" handguard on my JP 18" light contour and love it. Don't really know that much about the rapid config handguards
