Looks for Range

Looks for Range (1/11)

  1. Good deal! I'm glad it's working for you. I think you will find 1.19- 1.195 is not too long as long as your mags will handle the length and the chamber can accept that length.
  2. When you say LOA is that over all lenght ??? Factory loads are like 1.126 OAL... And I found out that my Edge is having feeding issues when there's a slight case buldge... I'm going to follow you reciepy and see if I can get the power factor... Thanx in advance for your info Yes, "LOA" = Length over all, or more correctly put "COL", cartridge Overall Length. I load all my 40 to 1.185 as this is what my mags are adjusted with and never a feed problem.
  3. WST LOA 1.85, 180g Montana Gold JHP, 4.8g, WSP Primer, 170PF. I shot two cases of bullets with this load. I consider this a great load. I'm a believer in WST in the 40 with the MG 180g bullets and the Bayou 200g & 180g coated bullets. Currently I load the WST, 3.9g with the 200g Bayou as my new favorite, 170PF. My KART 5" barrel really likes WST!
  4. Your right, there is no reason to "provide for the defense". What do we need a ballistic missile defense system for? What do we need space based surveillance for? Who needs the ability to place and maintain satellites? We can use all that money to feed and house a populace who wouldn't do a job if we gave it to them. It truly warms my heart to see someone in front of me at the store paying for lobsters and crab meat with their EBT card and MY money. Why would we want to waste those tax dollars on something like securing the border or again, providing for the defense? Nope why waste those tax dollars on NASA? It doesn’t buy any votes so what’s the point?
  5. Sarge, I was just breaking your stones a little (kidding). You deserve to be proud of your service and display colors any way you choose. HOOAH!
  6. I get a Pig with a gun on the back of mine... No matter how much I searched, I couldn't find a UA shirt with that on it. When I win, I get bacon, glorious tasty bacon Plus, I find other shirts stick to me when I get sweaty. Doesn't happen with my TechWears Now that is a rightous Logo/graphic. Pork is a primary food group, right? I'm there...
  7. Dude, okay, sorry, I didn't know you took your billboard logos so seriously or I wouldn't have poked fun at them. I have some gun company truck window stickers I can send you if it will make it up to you...
  8. Thanks! Honestly, that it what I wanted to know with a little fun'n along the way... I have looked into the plain shirts from G2 Gemini but wasn't sure if they would be as cool or cooler in the heat. If they are really cooler and breath better they are probably worth trying.
  9. ...and polos have a pony and an Izod has an aligator, what's your point. One doesn't pay extra to have a UA put on the shirt. Yes, it's free? Ridicule??? I will assume you are kidding, right?
  10. Maybe I just don't understand the concept of the "Shooting Shirt" beyond a shirt one shoots in. What could a shirt do or not do? What does one get for 100+ bucks? LOGOs? If something I own has a logo it was given to me or I'm paid to wear it. What is with the paying for someones logos on a shirt? Under Armor Heatgear are well designed wicking shirts for 25 bucks in a tee shirt style or 40 bucks in a Polo shirt. One can also wear it to a ball game, out to super, or shooting pool with friends without looking like a fisherman who got lost on the way to the BASS MASTER CLASSIC. Okay, what do I know?
  11. Clays in 40S&W with 180 and 200 bullets is just too close to the edge. Do what you want but life is too short to tempt calamity without potential of gain.
  12. How did it go? I ordered another case of the 40 200g RN today; I love the dang things!
  13. No doubt! We hit 3 different grass fields before the river, and it was the most fun I've had in an airplane since I got my certificate 2 years ago. I'm feeling like a freshly sharpened pencil! Listen very closely, MAULE! OMG, what a nice airplane!!! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L7vuBlplrpk&feature=related
  14. Now you're flying!!! That taildragger endorsement has just opened the door to a whole new world to you. With TCAs the mess they are, STOL and Bush flying is the only fun left in flying and you don't do it with Tri-gear hardware...
  15. Para would be my last call. Avoid sending anything back there. I am extremely happy with the KART barrel in my S1640. Try giving Jim Joyce a call. He knows his way around a Para and is a KART barrel dealer. www.jimjoycecustom.com
