it would have to be on a dovetail mount, but that will slow the slide down some and might effect reliabilty

picked mine up yesterday,got home,took it all apart, did the usual polish job and replaced the original connector with a 3lb connector,put it all back together.grabbed a bucket of remington golden bullet .22lr and went out back to my range and proceded to fire 300 plus rounds as fast as ican and it ran great , not one hiccup,after that i tried a couple of my advantage arms magazines and they run just fine , no feed issues and slide locked back

I use fiber optics front and rear,for me the Dawson`s were to small and the Tru-Glo was to big and also not adjustable for elevation , I tried a set of Williams Fire sights and am very happy with them , fully adjustable and the fiber optic is just right for me to make very precise shots at longer distances

To the best of my knowledge nobody makes a colored barrel. The only way to colorize a barrel is to have a company do it. Fluted barrels can be machined by companies that do this kind of machine work (GLOCKWORX). Jarvis barrels are finished with a coler that matches the glock finish and it wears very well

i shoot the 180gr. bayou bullets in my 24 and in my wife`s 35,i have jarvis drop in barrels in both,never have had any feeding problems with either pistol and accuracy is 2inch groups at 25yrds.

just got back from my local gunstore today with a new 17L for 621.00,they have several left in stock and access to more,they also said they are able to get new 24`s so the long slides are readily available now.
