Sees Sights Lift (7/11)

  1. Rituals can be good. I am reminded of a post some time back of a guy checking all his gear going off to a rodeo. He was driving away and noticed his horse following him along the fence line as he was driving out
  2. Go to Ironmind.com and buy the set of bands for finger exercises They exercise the extensors in the forearm and cured my tennis elbow. I used them daily while driving or just sitting. The relief was amazing
  3. Gone too soon. RIP Ian You will be missed on the range. Obituary from local paper NEW BEDFORD MA — Ian S. DeMello, age 45, passed away at home on Monday, December 10, 2018. He was the loving son of David and Denne (Burns) DeMello. Born in New Bedford, Ian was a graduate of Dartmouth High School, class of 1991 and later attended Bristol Community College where he was taking courses in Business Management. He was co-owner of NBC Distributers, working side by side with his father for the last 27 years. Ian loved his family dearly; he was an avid fisherman and received many Ice Fishing State pins over the years. He also was a Competition Master Class Open shooter and a member of the United States Practical Shooters Association (USPSA). In addition to his loving parents, he is survived by his loving sister, Kristine Rogers and her son, Clayton Rogers both of S. Dartmouth; and many, many, many friends. He was the grandson of the late James “Lenny” and Elizabeth Burns and Dr. Joseph and Anna DeMello. His Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, December 18, 2018, at 10:00 a.m., in St. Mary’s Church, 783 Dartmouth Street, South Dartmouth, MA 02748, followed by his burial in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Rte. 6, New Bedford, MA 02740. Relatives and friends are invited. Visitation will be held Monday, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m., in Waring-Sullinan Home at Dartmouth, 230 Russells Mills Rd., South Dartmouth, MA 02748.

  7. I have not been around much although I am still here. In the last couple years it seems to be one thing after another. Hand surgeries (plural) Ankle fusion, back surgery, and now the latest is stress fracture in left shin. Repaired that in October. Next will be right total knee replacement. With all this, I still hope to eventually be able to shoot at least steel challenge even if as a very slow shooter. so as Arnold said "I'll be back" Wishing all a healthy new year. My latest hardware addition
  8. Little input, many people live in Southern NH, drive 10 minutes or so to a commuter rail and train into Boston. Worth looking into
  9. Brodi wasn't there but his paw would cover Mason's pudgy little hand. I was at my son's watching Mason and we were just sitting when he put his hand on mine and just left it there while we were watching some children's programming. Couldn't find Three Gun Nation When Mason and Brodi get together it is all play not sitting.
  10. Thanks Eddie, already ordered the print to frame and give him for his first birthday on the 31st. Great minds think alike
  11. I also take Credit Cards Square has worked but that 3% hit needs to be passed on
