Where should I focus? Dot ? Target? Does it change in close or at distance?

I had the same problem when I use aluminum case Blazer 9mil. Blazer brass case's and it never happens.

How do you tell the difference between 10rd and 17rd mags springs? Got new mag springs for my 10rd factory mags. They dont look quite right.

Any advice or pointers to ensure the integrity of the mag?

At a match on the weekend a shooter did a reload and base of the mag popped off, spilling 9 mil rds all over. Use to see this happen from time to time a few yrs back, but this is the first time in a while. I just got new mag springs and followers for my G17 10 rd mags. I am a little reluctant to remove the base plate now. Should I do it? Mike

Right now to clean the channel I use a Q tip and solvent. Tough to get right to the end and really clean. Any pointer's. Thanks for all the feedback. Its much appreciated

My gun is well maintained. Cleaned, springs get replaced .

Wonder if I might need a new firing pin. Have about 7-8,000 rds through the 1 gun.

Use to use Blazer aluminum 9 mm in my G17's. Would get a stove pipe on the last rd from time to time. once or twice every thousand rds. Switch to Winchester white box. Found it a lot dirtier but no more stove pipe's. But now I get a light primer strike from time to time. Again, once or twice every thousand rds. The only modifcation's on the G17's is 3.5 disconector and a Wolf competition pak trigger group. Might try blazer brass 9 mm. Anyone ever have this problem? Mike

What is the fastest speedloader next to the moon clips for a revolver? Are"Safariland Speedloader - Comp III" legal in IDPA? As far as the Safariland is concerned which is better the COMP-2 or COMP-3? Mike
