    Henning Grips

Best grips I've found, so far.
  2. I used parts from CGW for my Omega. It came out very nice. I think they are a bargain in the CZ world.

    CZ 75 Omega parts

CGW has several kits that will work with the 75 Omega. I put in one of their spring/firing pin kits. The double action is now very nice. I like it better than my 75 shadow in that regard. The kit came with two springs. I used the lighter of the two and it has been reliable in terms of primer ignition.
  4. Often times, when people refer to reading "near winds" versus "far winds" they are experiencing conflicting wind patterns (which happen with some frequency on large ranges and valleys where the wind will "swirl"). In these cases, doping for the far winds is preferable as they are the winds that will have the greatest effect on downrange impact. I have shot through 35 mph gusts at 100 and 200 yards with little shift in point of impact. I have shot through 12 mph winds that put me in the 9 ring at 600 yards. An associate of mine shot through jet engine blast at 70 yards with negligable shift in point of impact.
  5. "Mike, Do a search and you will find a couple of threads that already cover this issue" Thanks, I tried that a couple of days ago and while it was helpful, I am looking for a little more in depth comparison form users.
  6. I am interested in opinions on the Remington Comp Master and JP's Shotguns. Any feedback from users would be great. Comments regarding reliability and function are most appreciated. Do any of the Remington users miss the rifle type sights? The cost is close with the JP running about $100 more. Thanks for any help.
  7. Can anyone direct me to a copy of this article?
  8. Regarding flash suppresors, the typical sniper is well concealed in his FFP and as such his flash sould be partially concealed as well. they do kick up dust and otherwise offer little benifit. Most targets I engaged while in the military were over 400 yards. It would not be unusual to engage multiple targets. As a Law Enforcement Operator flash is less of a problem as we generally engage only one or two targets.
  9. I use a Tango 51 at work. Awsome rifle and with the Can on I shoot without ear protection. Little or no flash signiture at night. Very quiet and accuracy runs about 1/4 to 1/3 MOA. I am using a Leupold with Mil-Dot so target ranging is easy, particularly with the MilDot Master slide rule.
