  4. Was reading somewhere about using a sharpie marker to color bullets and mark holes in paper targets. Tried it today and it does work! I took several markers to the range and did some load testing. I found that the RED marker worked good, BLUE and PURPLE were faint but visible. I colored each round from tip to about where the ogive ends.

  13. CHECK-MATE INDUSTRIES (CMI) makes a great 25 round mag for the M1A. I have 4 or them and they all run flawlessly. Plus, the M1A has character..............
  14. +1 For a basic 1911 build you really don't need a mill, just the proper jigs and fixtures. A mill will make a few operations easier, depending on your skills. Go with quality carbide end mills if you can afford them. I've had great results with Accupro and Niagara brand. Charlie
  15. With out making some mods to the c-more body (plastic) or using an aluminum one, I think it might not be worth the effort. Thare are several 90 deg mounts out that work great.
  16. Why would this mount ruin your c-more? More photos please. Charlie
  17. Here is a couple of photos of my reticle.
  18. New one. FREE shipping on orders of $150 or more. DGP
  19. I am proto-typing them right now. Should be ready in a week or two.
  20. +1 on the battery. The Burris scopes are some of the brightest around at least for the TAC 30, MTAC and XTR. Mine is super bright. Had it out in full daylight and could see it no problem. Check your battery.
