Precision Delta bullets are just as good as anything else. They ship fast and offer a discount if you buy in volume. I've been using them for a couple of years now in 38SC with great results.

I shot both Montana Gold and Precision Delta in my Open Gun both shoot very well. I have been using Precision Delta bullets for years in my other handguns and I have no complaints at all with them. Great bullets. Great Price.

What bullet profile is good with 38sc and has good accuracy? I've been using PD 124gr .355 RN with WAC powder and WSPP just wanting to try something new. Don't really have complaints with the above setup but just want to hear what others uses. Thank you!

Stay with PD. Response based on my testing. (no other reason).

Precision delta 115 JHP out of my 1 in 32 twist Schumann barrel shoots 1 inch groups at 50 yards using 8.6 grains HS6, CCI 500 or 550 primers, mixed 9mm brass and OAL of 1.170. This load made 174 pf at area 6.

I haven't tried MGs but then I really don't need too since these are more accurate than I am.

Postman do you think the lighter bullets cause more wear on your gun because of having to turn the powder up to hit power factor?

Possibly, but I think the harder jacket (brass vs copper) on the Montana Golds is more of a contributing factor to barrel wear than the powder charge weight, which in this case is about .5 grains more than if I were using a 124 grain bullet for the same power factor. Another thing to consider is how barrel twist rate affects accuracy, the 1 in 16 twist rate of the Trubor barrel that I fit to the gun first would not shoot good groups at 25 yards with this load, why? Well I believed that the bullets were being over spun by the faster twist rate, and sure enough I was correct because the Schumann barrel with the 1 in 32 twist is the most accurate pistol barrel I have tried for this load and is probably the most accurate pistol have ever owned. I definitely can not blame the gun if I miss now, its all on me lol.

Precision Delta has great pricing, fast shipping, and I haven't had any quality control issues in thousands and thousands of bullets purchased from them.

Always accurate, even if I am not. Combine them Hogdon powder, and I can tell you what I will chrono every time.

Ive shot both Zero, MG, & PD. I found that any given gun will always prefer one over the other. But the margin of difference is always small when its a quality built pistol with a good precision custom barrel. Fact is we are not bullseye shooting for group or at a sub one inch 10 ring, we are shooting at generous cardboard and 6" plus size steel. So if a bullet shoots a 5 shot group into 1" and another at 1.250" at 25 yards they both are plenty suitable for the task. Of course we all want the best potential going into anything but if its so minimal why spend extra money. My advice is to try what you can get. I know Zero and PD offer 100 round sample packs. Shoot them and if any one of them substantially out shoots the others then of course use that pill, if they are all close then use the cheaper flavor. Ill shoot any of them through my Tanfo Gold Team with almost equal results and confidence. So at the end of the day I shoot PD as they are the cheaper option...and cheaper means you can afford to shoot more!!
