JimmyZip
If you have ever had one, then you will know they are not great. Found out yesterday that I do indeed have one in the groin area above the pubic bone on the left side. It bulges out and will have to be looked at today by the same guy who did the GB sugery. Initial diagnosis is "sliding hernia", and I hope they can fix this too. It really puts a damper on things. Will let you know what happens. Turning 40 has been a drag. I guess once the warranty expires, the drivetrain takes a dump! Worse thing was the last doc making the diagnosis, asked for me to cough and let me tell you that was not comfortable at all! When that thing pops out, it hurts pretty bad.
Steve J
Getting old is not for the fainthearted. Is it? Heal, JimmyZip, heal.

Jadeslade
Ice. Get a big bag of ice and put it on the hernia incision. The weight and the cold will help. You will be ok in a month and back to normal in two. Should be able to shoot when you feel like it. No more picking up sandbags. Get well.
JimmyZip
Healing from the other side guys! Jade, the ice bag was my best friend for 48 hours. The heat pad and I are in love now. When I am healed I will have so much shooting to do!
