3G questions/help with Taccom, battle comp, AIMs surplus LWBCG??

Building a 3G gun and wondering if anyone has any experience or would recommend these parts listed in the title. 

 

I already have have an adjustable gas block for whatever bcg and buffer system I go with. Any help would be great.

I use the AIM LW BCG.  No issues with mine and the difference in recoil is definitely noticeable.  Very happy with mine after 2k rounds through it.

Taccom buffer works well,and I like the TTI lightspeed spring to go with it.  Forget the battle comp and go with a muzzle brake, I really like the JP 3 port comp.  I have an AIM surplus lightweight BCC in a gun with 2,000 on it, no problems except finish has completely worn off.  I would recommend the Rubber City Armory BCG, top tier quality and good value.

There are tons of substitutions for all of these items that will work. I've used a lot of different stuff and these are items that I like right now.

Best brake to me personally is the new Armalite one that comes on their 3 gun rifles. I have been using Rubber City Armory bolts in any rifle I have built and they have all functioned flawlessly. The Taccom lightweight buffers are also could to go. I also agree to run the TTI buffer spring with it.

I use the aim bolt and the taccom buffer in my three gun rig. I like both. I'm running a precision armament m4-72 brake though.

I use anderson low mass bcg, jp silent capture system buffer, and a miculek muzzle break.  They were all reasonably priced and perform excellent
