Can't cut the outside of the frame at all although you can blend the inside of the magwell. You can also (apparently) use whatever hammer you want on a hammer fired gun. Also, read the rulebook. edit: I lied. You can stipple the outside of the frame in the approved areas, but you can't cut the trigger guard or remove finger groves or anything.
