Hi-Power Jack
I'm looking at an ATI AR15 .223 - It comes with a Rifenbark S.O.M. Muzzle Break ... Anyone have any experience with this compensator? Or, the ATI Milsport 3-Gun model (16" AR 15 in .223)? djbb98
I run a S.O.M. on my rifle and it definitely is the nicest break I've shot with, thought I haven't shot many. They are very well made and look great too. I know Rifenbark personally so if you would like to know more let me know and I can find out
Hi-Power Jack
I am very interested in your reaction vs any other comp you've shot - which other comps have you shot? Was the S.O.M. as good at keeping the muzzle steady? I just got the rifle/comp/scope in yesterday - going out to range in next few days .... BUT, I've fired only a few shots thru a comp and that was three years ago... So it won't be any type of direct comparison to any other comp. So, I'll see how the comp works very soon
Woodsk
The ATI milsport 3-gun is a great choice for an off the shelf 3-gun rifle. great trigger, great stock, the ones I have shot have had great accuracy. my only complaint is that the rails are a bit close to the gas block and can get a bit hot during longer sessions. Hi-Power Jack
Did you make any mods to the gun?
Woodsk
It's my son's gun and he runs it as he got it. It's a pretty flat shooter as is.
