TrackCage
Just curious since i have not been in the sport long enough to know the full history.... has there been talk of removing power factor or allowing 9 to make major in limited? Has it just been forum nonsense or has this gone to any level of actual discussion by the powers that be?

Ok, so just basically to avoid an equipment race. Edited May 26, 2017 by TrackCage

The reasons for and history of power factors have been explained in this and numerous other threads. "Equipment Race" is not part of the rationale.
