Flatland Shooter
I didn't want to clutter another thread where I saw the following comment: "CA law will prohibit mere possession of hi cap mags after 7/1. There's no such thing as a grandfathered mag after that date." I'm curious what the California shooters will do with their magazines. Are the selling them? Sending them to friends out of state for storage? Or is there a commercial storage across the state line that will store them securely? What is the penalty for non-compliance? No matter how they handle it, its going to be a major pain. Bill
TrackCage
Turn them into police, destroy, or send out of state. Do new laws typically see 100% compliance? Usually not, but I don't care to speculate. Penalty is a misdemeanor, if I'm not mistaken.
